Key Holder

Services included:

Key guard. The key to the dwelling shall be kept in the service provider's office, at the customer's disposal.

Monthly inspection visit. A visit will be made once a month between the first and fifteenth of each month, where it will be checked:

The state of the electricity supply, making sure that the lights are working in the dwelling, also the alarm if there is one.
The state of the water supply, emptying of cisterns and opening of taps in the dwelling, checking that they are working properly.
Opening of windows and shutters to ventilate the house.
Letters emptied from the mailbox, scanned and sent to the email address provided along with the status checklist and status comments.
Delivery of keys at the owner's request. - At the express request of the client, the keys to the property are handed over to the person who is clearly identified with a driving licence number or other document that correctly identifies the recipient of the keys.
