Constitution

Annual budget
Preparation of the annual budget for the support of the community and calculation of the community fee.

Presentation of the annual accounting summary for verification by the Ordinary General Meeting.

Custody of documentation and official books.

Non-payments
Follow-up and management of non-payments. Initial out-of-court management of defaulting owners. We have legal advice that is responsible for the follow-up of the files in claim.

Prosecutor
Tax advice, preparation of the annual tax form 347.
Insurance
Insurance of the building, handling of claims, taking out the insurance policy.
Maintenance
Control of the general maintenance of the property, supervision of maintenance contracts and any needs in the community.
Office in Torrevieja
We have an office in the town of Torrevieja in order to be able to attend you in our offices, we also visit the community at least once a month.
Certifications
Energy certifications, mandatory for selling or renting.
Works
Execute the agreements adopted in the field of works and make the appropriate payments and recoveries.
Other
All other powers vested in us by the board.
